Confused between Yamaha RX-V3800 and Denon

Folks

I will be replacing my trusty 9 year old RX-V 495 only because it just won't cut it anymore. I am going to be using Klipsch Rh-5 for main and SVS PB12 plus as sub with some undecided rear(back) and rear L/R speakers. Earlier I was leaning towards denon 3808CI but then I see that 3800 has inbuilt LAN which could be good for internet radio and access to music on my home network.

Besides that, are there any key differences between two.
Also would like to hear from someone who has owned both chances are rare but you never know )

Thanks .

The Denon 3808CI also has networking capabilities and a USB port so that difference is no more

I've been disappointed in Yamaha offerings as of late and believe that the Audessey EQ on the Denon works better than Yamaha's YPAO proprietary feature. If these were my two choices, I'd probably go home with the Denon.

Oh cool. Did not know that . Atleast that's a +1 for Denon. Besides i like the way the remote looks in pictures. Wonder how functional is that

Here's a comparison chart from OneCall.com 3808 vs 3800 And here are the owners manuals if you haven't already downloaded them. Yamaha 3800, Denon 3808. Edit: Well, I was hoping the Yamaha link would work but it looks like it won't.
