Super Bowl Porn -- It happened again!

Janet Jackson wasn't involved in this incident however. But what was shown in the local cable market was outrageous to say the least!

The Escapist : News : Super Bowl Porn: Everybody Scores!

Quote:
With less than three minutes to play, viewers watching the Super Bowl on Tuscon, Arizona-based KVOA-TV got a surprise eyeful when the show was interrupted by about 30 seconds of hardcore porn. According to a BBC report, "The clip showed a woman unzipping a man's trousers, followed by a graphic act between the two."

Unsurprisingly, the fault lies with Comcast. In my experience with the company, fault always lie Comcast.

Somebody mentioned on the radio that Bruce Springsteen's crotch sliding into the camera was as close to porn as one could get without being illegal...

While I'd love to see a HUGE lawsuit filed, I'm afraid of my cable bill going up another $30

F***in' Comcast!

Re: Super Bowl Porn -- It happened again!

One woman said she was sueing a few companies over this incident because all of her kids saw the footage and she feels they are going to be scarred for life because of it. REALLY?!? Scarred for life?

I don't know, I think people get sue crazy over silly things.

Re: Super Bowl Porn -- It happened again!

Yeah, I too would like to know how this scars kids for life? I can't imagine this incident turning the kids off to sex...so much so that they can never have a healthy sexual relationship.

Comcast is a wealthy corporation. People get $$ in their eyes and try to figure out any way of getting some of that $$ because they know that if they get loud enough, the coporation will probably end up paying them to be quiet.

I'd love to be able to sue these people who try and take advantage of stupid mistakes.

I would think you could, if you wanted to spend the money on lawyers. I don't know that suing one of these morons for "contributing to service higher costs for all customers" (via the lawyers fees and any potential settlements that WILL be passed on to all customers) would be any more frivolous than their lawsuit.

Yeah, they'll never have healthy relationships or a healthy sexual life because of a 30 second ad and will spend most of their time on porn sites. Some people

This was a bit more than a quick flash of nudity! Not everyone thinks it's OK if kids see BJs on TV.

The 'stupid mistake' was poor station security allowing a hacker access to their computers who changed the analog sat. feed from the superbowl to club Jenna.

I know one thing: that was probably the best 5 minutes of some AZ teenage boy's life :-). (AZ scoring the go ahead touchdown followed by porn)

Yes, but to sue someone over it? That's stupid. I hate these people who feel the need to get compensated for this kind of stuff. Shit happens; suck it up and deal with it. Those kids are going to be fine.

For example: I was eating a burger at a restaurant and there was this LARGE chunk of metal in the burger. I showed the manager just because I wanted him to be aware of it and I wanted to make sure that he contacted the manufacturer and let them know what had happened. He offered me a free lunch and I refused because no harm was done. I could have easily persued a law suit, but I'm not like that. If I had gotten hurt and had Dr. bills and missed work, then yes, I would like to have been compensated, but I was just glad that no one (especaily me) got hurt.

Actually it never got that far. It was just male full frontal (though he did shake it around). The woman wasn't even disrobed, so I'm not sure what the article is referring to as a "graphic act."

Tracing a figure eight with a swinging willy is pretty graphic for middle America.

Re: Super Bowl Porn -- It happened again!

True, but the article states "followed by a graphic act between the two" which leads those who haven't actually seen the footage to think something else actually happened.
