I currently own:

- Pair of Proac Tablette 50 speakers
- Parasound HCA806 Amp (80 watts * 6 channels)
- Parasound single-disc CD Player
- Paradigm PS1000 Subwoofer

I plan on purchasing:

- Center Channel (probably Rega R Vox)
- Rear channels
- Dvd player
- 720p Projector

Rather than purchasing a receiver, I would like to make use of my
current Amp which I'm pretty happy with. From what I've read, it sounds
like a processor is one way to achieve this. I need advice on purchasing
a basic processor on the used market that will work in my system.

I do not need the processor to handle any video signals, and I only need
straight stereo and 5.1 -- no other modes are necessary. Seems like
I should be able to procure a processor like this, and due to the limited
functions I need, maybe in the $250-400 price range? Can I get a
decent basic processor for this much? If so, which brands/models
should I look for?
