Wish List BD: Secret Garden...

just watched this (yet again) on DVD the other night and loved it. And couldn't help but think what a fantastic opportunity for a BD... both for picture and sound (the laserdisc stomps all over the DVDs Dolby Digital).

Anybody else waiting for this title?

While we're at it... what about Enchanted April?

Good call David...a wonderful film indeed.

In the same category, how about 1995's The Little Princess?

Both are Gems.

So, which version do you prefer? I usually name the versions by whoever plays the housekeeper so I'll say my favorite is the Billie Whitelaw version. It also stars Derek Jacobi.

Yes, I'd love to see Enchanted April in Blu, also.

And yes, I was absolutely serious when I said in another thread that I'd love to see Babe (the pig movie!) in Blu, too.

Yes, I'm very glad to have ENCHANTED APRIL on laserdisc, but a Blu-ray disc would hit the spot. It's a delightful film.

I'd love to see both Babe and Babe: Pig in the City on BD, particularly the latter with its gorgeous visual style.
