Brothers & Sisters Season 2 dvd inserts (incl recipe cards)

Did anyone else not get the envelope with recipe cards inside their Brothers & Sisters Season 2 set? I only just bought it, was it a limited thing only in the first x copies or something?
Also was there meant to be any other inserts like an episode guide for instance? Mine just had a flyer for blu-ray releases.

My set had recipe cards and that was it. Did your set not have them?

No, it didn't. Really annoyed as I was actually looking forward to such a "different" extra.

That's a Buena Vista set, right? I'd call the customer service phone number on the discs and they may be able to send you one. I got Lost: Season Four on Blu-ray and it was missing the booklet and they sent me one in (I think it was) less than a week.

The worst that could happen is that they say "no".
