This is the black, 120Gb unit. These are refurbs, so they won't have the new smaller die size.
First one I got RRoD'ed within 30 minutes. Bummer. Replacement arrived four days later (yesterday) and its working well.
FYI, the three-year MS RRoD warranty extension applies to refurb units, too.
