Need network hdmi device that can play dvds on my server

I started copying my dvds to my server using (Link removed by moderator) and want to purchase a network device that will play them on my 47" VIZIO VO47L (VIZIO) via HDMI. Is there any device that will do this or should I just build a PC to accompish this? If I should build it what should I use for the video card?

Sorry, but any discussion involving defeating the copy protection on DVDs is not permitted here.
