Which of these two upconverting DVD players?

Basically, I want a decent, cheap up-converting DVD player with a USB, HDMI, digital audio out, etc. I have narrowed it down to these two players:
the Philips DVP5982/37 and the Pioneer DV-410V-K, and I am not sure which to get. I'll be listening to music and watching movies with it on my HT-3100 Onkyo surround sound system.

Opinions are appreciated, as well as if someone has another DVD player they think is better. Thanks

I have no experience with either player so don't give my response to much weight towards your decision, but I'd go with the Pioneer. To me, Philips is more of a lower end consumer product. I've owned a few Pioneer products and have been very happy with them.
