26" LCD recommendations?

Hi all... first post, though I've been lurking for quite a while.

Just wondering what you experts would recommend as far as a 26" LCD. I've pretty much narrowed it down to the Toshiba 26AV502U or the Sony Bravia KDL-26M4000.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Or any other 26"ers?

I'd love to go to a 40 or 42, but living in a small apartment with my current setup, a 26 is all that is feasable

I would just go by price and warranty. Any TV that size will look great.

hi
some will look like absolute crap.
it will be very hard to find good info on the small displays.
Most times the little displays are made by a different division of the company (vs the home theater division).

When you say 26" LCD are you talking about a 26" LCD monitor or TV (monitor with TV tuner)?

I own an ACER 26" LCD monitor (AL2416W) that I use as my PC monitor in my bedroom and for movies.

In my other room I use a Hans G 26" LCD monitor for PC display and HD programming with my FIOS cable box.

I also use a 24" ACER in my daughters room for DVD and PC display. I can give you feedback on these screens. But that may not be relevant if you are buying a TV monitor only and not doing double duty as I am??
