Denon on screen display

I recently connected my new Samsung LN52A750 to my Denon AVR 1908 via HDMI. Is there something I need to do to get the on screen display from the Denon to work, as it worked on the older CRT I replaced. I changed nothing but the cables and the source inputs on the receiver so I'm a little confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You may need to use s-video cable or yellow composite cable to use OSD.
Some of the very newest receivers work through HDMI, I think, but most have required s-video or composite.
