3. Moonlight (vampire series), only season- "Fever"

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

It's too bad Brian gave up, but overall I'm glad this thread is still moving along. Sure, there's not always individual feedback given, but it will come at times (like the DARK SHADOWS talk we just had) and at the very least I like to see what everyone's watching every day.

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

I finished Charlie's Angels: Season 3, about finished With Family Ties: S4.

Looking ahead i will probably go with Emergency! S4 next or some Rockford Files. As i should be receiving S6 in the next day or two. So might watch that along with S5 this week.

I'm glad the thread is working too. I like to see what others are watching and what they think of certain shows. It's interesting to see what people think of episodes, you might think an episode is good while somebody else thinks it's terrible.

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

I finished Gunsmoke Season 1 today! I noticed how most of the best episodes were at the start of the season to draw viewers. In the '50s they didn't play the episodes by production number, they played random episodes from the season.

Next set: Hitchcock Presents Season 2!

(Happy to hear Season 4 is in the works!)

42. One Step Beyond: "Night of Decision" (21 Feb 1961) A serendipitious choice for the day. General George Washington is visited by the ghost of an Indian, and has a precognitive vision of America's triumphant future. Too bad the episode is a bit talky and dull.

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

I have kept my list updated on page 1. I haven't had a lot of time lately, but I hope my viewing will be picking up soon.

I think I will start a new list on the current page starting Feb. 1st.

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

21 Jan 2009
43. Doctor Who: "The Trial of a Time Lord, Part Fourteen" (6 Dec 1986) The Colin Baker era ends with a whimper. As much as I love the Sixth Doctor, I'll admit that he was the unfortunate victim of a rash of substandard scripts and tatty productions.
44. Dark Shadows: Episode 201 (3 Apr 1967) The Burke Devlin manslaughter plotline is resolved... also with a whimper.

My tally.

Re: 2009 TRACK THE TV EPISODES YOU WATCH

I find it hard to give a rating to the episodes i view. As i find myself for the most part really liking all of them, on these classic shows i watch. Does anyone else find this to be a dilemna for them?, well it is a good thing in that you may enjoy every episode of a show, but could be seen as biased if you were to give everything 5 stars, which is why i choose not to rate them.

Tim,

I've actually wondered about this for some time. Obviously, John Karlen was wonderful in the role. But they probably did not know Karlen would be that good when they hired the first Willie. Any ideas why he was let go? I've not looked into it.

One thing about 'Willie I' that was creepy was the way he pined after both Carolyn and Victoria. There were some scenes in the kitchen (not a set we see all that often, relatively speaking) that were very high as far as the creep factor is concerned. I also didn't really like how Willie I was a 'tough' (in 1960s British parlance) and how he behaved at the Blue Whale toward a few of the regulars. Later in the series, we get to see Buzz, who IMO was how a 'tough' out to have been depicted for the time.
