Qualified Press/Analysts/Bloggers
In response to exhibitor and media suggestions, we have implemented a stricter credentialing process for editorial press, analysts and bloggers. Our high standards for press/analyst/blogger registration will help ensure that we have enough services for editorial media and analysts, thus making it easier for you to do your job. If you are not a credentialed journalist, analyst or blogger you must go here to register as a general attendee.
Press/Analysts/Bloggers Credentials
For editorial press, you must provide at least one of the following:
Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related article from the last six months (must have name in byline),
Publication masthead listing you as an editorial contributor; or
A current photo press ID from an official media outlet.
For freelancers, you must provide at least one of the following:
Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related article from the last six months (must have name in byline); or
A current press photo ID.
For analysts, you must provide at least one of the following:
Copy of or an Internet link to a published industry-related article from the last six months (must have name in byline);
Copy of a financial article quoting you as a financial or market analyst; or
Copy of or an Internet link to industry-related financial report written within the past six months listing you as a contributor.
For bloggers, you must provide the following:
A link to an industry-related blog entry posted within the past six months with your name in the byline.
If you've been running your own website like some HTFers or doing extensive blogging at HTF it looks like you'd qualify. Give it a shot and come to Las Vegas next month. Inexpensive rooms are still available at the Imperial Palace, close to the Venetian/Sands Convention Center. Attending as press is the best way to attend.
