Has anyone seen this trailer? I saw it in front of Zack & Miri, and really liked it. I understand it's a remake of the Korean horror film "A Tale of 2 Sisters," which I haven't seen, but the remake looks good.

Anyone else looking forward to it? It comes out Jan. 30.

A Tale of Two Sisters is pretty darn good - filmmaker Kim Ji-woon deserves more recognition outside of Korea - and it looks like they've changed a bunch of stuff up for this one. I'm a little worried - the January release date is seldom a good sign - but curious to see Elizabeth Banks in this sort of role.

A Tale of Two Sisters was a fantastic horror film, judging from this trailer the remake doesn't keep much of the plot of the original. Go see the original if you can, you'll be glad you did...

After seeing the trailer, I feel I've seen the whole thing. Not a good trailer.

I will probably end up seeing both the original and the remake -- I like making remake comparisons. I agree that seeing Elizabeth Banks in this role should be really interesting, her and Emily Browning are the two main draws for me.

Darn it. You mean, this wasn't a remake of the Ray Milland film? I was hoping it would prompt a tie-in release, which is why I came searching for this thread. Guess not.
