Looking for some experienced help, please. My 10 mo. old HD1000U started shutting off spontaneously the other night every 20-30 min. I suspected high heat from dirty air intakes or something, but not the case. The light indicators say "protection circuit is working" (solid red, flashing green) or "bulb is abnormal". The bulb has only 1300 hrs on low output on it, and no indication of pending failure seen before. Tech support says get a new bulb. Does anyone know of any known issues with this model? I know those guys hate to recall them for warranty work. Thanks!
