i hae a zenith H27E35DT 2002 model tv.eerything's ok except it's stuck on channel 41 when turned on. i need it on channel 4. found serice manual on website on how to change it. but can't find a way to get into service menu. i'm using a 1995 remote.do i need a special remote? any advice would be appreciated.
