I've recently been seeing a number films that are being digitally projected (Wall*E, Burn After Reading, and Body of Lies) and, to be honest, I'm pretty impressed with the quality of the picture. There appears to be a greater level of contrast and the picture looks amazing! When I was watching Body of Lies I kept wondering what a "classic" film would look like with this amazing level of clarity (to my amateur eyes at least).

Given that you work in film restoration, do you have an opinion regarding what is sure to be the future of theatrical projections? Are we going to lose something or can we (the audience) be assured of a higher quality of film presentation with this technology?
