Steve Canyon (TV Series) on DVD!

As many of you may know, the Steve Canyon TV series that ran on NBC between 1958-1959 (as reruns in 1960 on ABC), is now being released (all episodes including pilot and extras) on a 3-volume collectors set. This is only available through the Milton Caniff estate starting with 12 episodes on Vol. 1 on 11/18. A 4 episode sampler has been around for sale everywhere since March of this year and can be had from their website for $9.99 which includes shipping. The shows are completely restored from original elements and have original commercials and promo spots. A must for any Cold War era fan! I own the sampler and have pre-ordered the Vol 1 and looking forward to it!!

No takers? No one here is a Steve Canyon fan? Come'on now. Anyone who likes classic tv shows, cold war ear memorabilia, historic jets, the air force, or just like to relive the era (nostalgia) will find something to like about these!

What has people thought about the 4 episode sampler?

Any word on a release date for Vol 3?
