Well, we had been on the same server for the past several years and with the increased activity the loads have been increasing and dragging the site down. So we decided to change out the web server to a Quad Core CPU with 8G of RAM and RAID.
You may have noticed over the past couple of days that you would see something posted and the next day it not show up. That was due to the old and new servers being up at the same time while our new IP address propagated through the net. The vast majority of everyone should be seeing the new server now.
Hopefully this will address the lags we have been experiencing of late, especially during peak times.
