36" LCD <$500 this Christmas?

What's the expectation / rumors for flat panel screen pricing in the next 6-12 months? I'd like a new 36" LCD for the bedroom, but not until they're less than $500. "Brand Name" units start around $650, so I'm still $150 from my target. Any idea when units will be in the $$450-$550 range?

Do you mean 37" class? I would expect them to be at or slightly below the $500 range by the holidays. If the economy gets worse they might go lower.
