I have found out today that there is a Walt Disney exhibit in Munich (until January). You can read about it at:

There also appears to be an exhibit at the "Münchner Stadtmuseum" . There is a link of that in the above link. Unless you drink beer, best to avoid Munich during the October Fest which is starting tomorrow (too crowded, too expensive, hard to find a place to stay).
