I have an HP Plasma TV that is a little over 2 years old that recently strted having issues. This TV has had very little use so far with maybe about 4-6 hours per week and on a little bit each day. About 50-70% of the pixels in the top 10 rows or so are twinkling or showing up in different colors (mostly white). I have had the TV set to fast power up for most of its life, but have tried setting it for normal power up as well as doing a full reset, white wash, and different sources, but cannot get rid of these pixel problems. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
