Need some help folks:
1. Mail - had a message being drafted, and then had a crash. Now the header is in the draft mailbox, and will not delete! It's driving me NUTS.
I've tried deleting the draft box in prefs etc. IDEAS?
2. iTouch - Remote app was working. I have a 14,000 track iTunes collection, which synced to AppleTV hasn't been a problem with Remote. While it wasn't perfect before, now it refuses to find my library on iTunes, while AppleTV is immediate. Another friend has the same problem.
Tried the resets etc and Apple Support says to call them (I can't). IDEAS?
