Some people believe our lives are profoundly influenced by whatever pop song was #1 on the day we were born.

On the day Barack Obama was born it was Tossin’ And Turnin’ by Bobby Lewis

George W. Bush had The Gypsy by The Ink Spots

Bill Clinton - To Each His Own - Eddy Howard

Hillary Clinton - Near You - Francis Craig

On the day Heather Mills (ex Mrs McCartney) was born The Beatles were at #1 with Hello Goodbye!

I pulled "Till I waltz again with you" by Theresa Brewer, whoever she was. I've certainly never heard of that one.

More importantly...I pulled a birthdate newspaper once. In screaming headlines the front-page led with "STALIN IS DEAD".

For those that believe in reincarnation, this may explain some of my personality quirks.

That is my wife's song too, She thought it was cool because she loves The Stones but I showed her the title of this thread and she said that she is pretty satisfied most of the time

Mine is Lorne Green talking his way through the legend of some cowboy outlaw named Ringo, not my bag but he does have a great speaking voice.

UK - How Can I Be Sure - David Cassidy

I don't put a lot of stock in this, but it is interesting and certainly would explain a lot.

My friend's were great. In Australia, it was "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. Presumably, his mother speaking. In England, it was Slade's "Take Me Back 'Om." That was him.
