Alfred Hitchcock Presents (80's/90's TV series)

I've done a forum search for Alfred Hitchcock Presents and found a load of search results for the original TV series. I checked the miscellaneous Alfred Hitchock Presents threads and they were about the original TV series as well.

I wanted to ask here if there's a chance that the mid to late 80's ad early 90's Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV series will be released on DVD by Universal.

Is there any chance of the 1980's Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV series being released on DVD by Universal? Do they own the rights to the 1980's version?

I just started a thread about The New Alfred Hitchcock Presents 1985 - 1989 on this website. I would love to see this 1980s series on DVD as well!

 

At tvshowsondvd.com, they show  DVD rights owned/licensed by:  Universal Home Video.

 

At IMDB, they show Production Companies: Universal TV and Michael Sloan Productions.
