Panasonic Viera TH-42PZ80U

I am very close to purchasing this on Amazon for about $1,132. Price includes shipping and installation so it sounds really good.

I checked around and this seems to be the best price. I just wanted to know if there are any negatives that I should know about this HDTV?

I don't have this particular model, but I do have 3 Panasonic plasma TVs currently in use that I purchased over the last 3 years, and I'm very satisfied with all of them. Panasonic makes top notch plasmas, I say go for it.
