It's certaintly shaping up to be a more emotional season for our favorite spy, that's for sure.

So far we've seen him lose it and yell out what he wants, become frightened and lose his usually strong focus after nearly being killed and now he broke down and made the moves on Fi after fearing that she had been killed.

But his cool is firmly intact as he effortlessly made utter fools out of those car-jacking thugs lol.

I tell ya nobody walks in slow motion and takes a pair of shades on and off like Michael Westin.

Speaking of Fi nearly being killed, that was a very stupid move on her part, she breaks into the house of a known bomber without thinking that perhaps it could be boobytrapped? Did she not see Speed? Look what happened to poor Jeff Daniels in that movie when he did the same thing.

I've been really sick for the last three days, so it might be the medication talking, but this episode really seemed to drag. The A plot with the football player the car theft ring seemed like we'd done it before, and the B plot with Fiona and the burning house seemed to come out of left field for the final fifteen minutes.

I don't know about anyone else, but I think this episode tonight was probably one of the top ones ever.

I was coming here to say the same thing, this was a definite hall of fame episode!

This epsiode was so much fun I was almost giddy, from Michael taking bullshitting to a whole new level to outwit those clowns to Sam's attempt at happiness that wasn't to be lol, it was all pure gold.

I knew that Fi was going to be grumpy if she didn't get to blow something up so I was happy when she got to blow the truck.

My favorite show by far.
My 12 yr old son was grumpy after losing a basketball game last week.
I said, watch this show with me.

Loved it and he wasn't too grump soon after it started.

I loved Michael telling Fi a the end that she was the "other woman", and that he left Samantha to be with her.

Can't wait for the season finale.

So are we going to be left with a cliffhanger tonight? Based on the commercials for tonight's episode and the show's past, I'd say yes. I'm looking forward to tonight's episode, but I'm also a little leery of how they might end it.

Me, too. Gabrielle Anwar is very cute, no doubt about it, but Michael really needs to have his head examined.

And yeah, I'm assuming it will be another cliff hanger. Isn't that the law these days?

I might be called crazy but I don't really care for Gabrielle lately, she has that too red chicken skin thing going on that I don't find appealing. I much prefer her during her earlier days like in the movie For Love or Money and If Looks Could Kill.

Now Dina Meyer...yum. That woman seems to get finer with each passing year.

The finale was a real scorcher! If Michael was burned before he's extra crispy now without the protection of the organization. They knock these finales out of the park everytime and this one was right up there.

I enjoyed the finale as well. It's going to be very interesting to see the villains coming out of the woodwork to get Michael. Plus, when Sam asked about the Christmas lights, I flashed back to John's earlier post regarding Christmas trees and decorating. I was watching it with friends and when I started laughing the ep was paused and they wondered WTF was my problem. LOL

I thought this was a great season finale. We actually got some closure and at the same time they left us with some new story threads that are up in the air. For that matter, it would've even made a decent series finale. Just glad it's not and that because it is USA we get new episodes in June.

I wonder if he brought his sons into the business with him. Next season could feature the ultimate macho showdown - Sam and Michael vs. Frasier and Niles Crane!
