Adding a name below screen name

How can I add my name below my screen name?
I did not see the option in my profile edit..am I missing something?

Ray,

I can do it for you.

I just see RayJr as your nickname/username so I fail to see
why you would want that repeated beneath it, that is, unless you
want to change your username.
