Had to sign up as a new customer at DeepDiscount

I had been a customer at DeepDiscount for at least five years, but I placed an order on June 23 and there was no record of my account. It had been over six months since I had placed my last order. I can't believe they purge customer accounts after only six months of inactivity. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think it did years ago. Yeah, very annoying.
