how to change avatar?

I seem to have forgotten how to change my avatar. I go to Edit Options and try each option but I do not see an option for changing the avatar. I'm probably looking right at it and missing it. Help, please.

Thank you. I see the avatar has been updated without a written response to my question. For future reference I would like to know how to change the avatar, if the moderator will kindly say something.

Richard, go to Edit Profile under your User Control Panel. On the left sidebar, in the Settings & Options section, there is a link called Edit Profile Picture. Click that to change your avatar. Profile picture is the name used for avatars here.

I don't know who updated it for you. If I had I would have let you know. Like Scott said to update your "avatar" you update your profile picture.
