Hi all,

I searched the audio/video sources forum and didn't see anything that matched this topic.

I accidentally figured out the DirecTV remote code for my Oppo 981HD upconverting DVD player and figured I'd share it here in case anyone else likes to control their HT with the DirecTV remote.

When I hooked up the Oppo, I left my older Toshiba progressive scan player hooked up to do some comparisons. I had been controlling the Toshiba with the DirecTV remote, but I noticed that every button I pressed was working with both DVD players. The remote code is 20503.

Does anyone have any codes that they'd like to share for higher-end or unlisted DVD player or receiver brands not listed in the DirecTV menus?
