I robot menu help PLEASSE!!!

I have a very low pateience level and Im really frustrated and pissed that I cannot seem to play I robot on Blu. Once I get past the warnings and such; all Im getting is a "flying cube" with pictures and such.

There is no menu or options for playing the movie or anything.

ALL I WANT IS TOO SEE THE MOVIE!!!

Please help?!!!

Im using the Sony BD 301

In that cube you see there should be an option that says "initiate feature". After hitting that the movie starts. It's the second option down and may be hard to see depending on your set-up.

I couldnt find the "Initiate feature" option.

What happens when you hit the "enter" or "play" buttons on the remote? Try hitting "play" on the player itself. Also, are you running your players current firmware? Many have had issues with this title on a variety of different blu-ray players.

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

If not, follow this link ( Sony eSupport - BDP-S301 - Software Updates & Drivers ) and burn an ISO image to a cd or DVD to get the latest version installed.

I check the firmware regularly and its current.

Nothings happening on the remote but Ill try the player itself. Im just not even seeing any options or highlights on the menu.
