Sticky & Title changes

How would I make a thread I started a "Sticky" thread?

on that same note:

How would I change the title of a thread I started?

You can't change thread titles, only administrators can. If you want a thread title changed, e-mail the admin for that forum and ask them. They may change it, if they deem it appropriate. I think they only do it for misspellings/typos, but I could be wrong.

As for making a sticky thread, only admins can make a thread sticky in the forum as a whole (for everyone). But you can sticky any thread that you want (it'll only be stickied for you, no one else) by clicking the "Thread Tools" drop-down menu in the blue bar above the first post and clicking "Stick this Thread." That thread will then be at the top of the forum when you visit it.
