Hello all, I am new to this forum, and to HT building as well. I have a room upstairs in my new home that I would like to make into a home theatre. Because of building codes this room has three large windows in it. To make use of space I have decided to use an electronic screen over the window that is 106" to cover the space, and to let me have a view when not watching movies. The problem is I have a tight budget, and want the best bang for the buck. What are some quality screens that will not break my wallet? In addition, I was planning to do in-wall speakers to save space and because I thought they looked nice...I have read most here do not like in-wall speakers. Why? Finally, I wanted to add a light track and molding around my room for a real "theatre" appeal. Are there any tutorials here as to how to go about doing this sort of work? I would appreciate any feedback because I need to be pointed in the right direction as to how to do all of the work myself. Thanks!
