Vince Edwards' fans

Hi. There are a lot of Vince Edwards' fans out there as evidenced by the many websites and discussion forums. Contrary to some members" assertions that there are not many fans of Vince.
If you want to see his two series on dvd you have to make your requests known. Universal owns his tv series MATT LINCOLN which many of you as I would love to see on dvd. Plus the pilot film titled Dial Hot Line. The best way to do this is to e-mail Universal Home Entertainment e-mail: USHE.consumerrelations@bydeluxe.com or tel 1-661-702-5132. Also, Shout!Factory does license some of Universal's properties, e-mail: info@shoutfactory.com ; or retail@shoutfactory.com. I would love to see Ben Casey on dvd certainly. I believe there is a better chance of seeiing Matt Lincoln since there are only sixteen episodes plus the pilot film Dial Hot Line, and it is in color. If you want to see Vince in at least one of his tv series e-mail Universal and/or Shout!Factory. It can only help.

Re: Vince Edwards' fans

I would prefer to see "Ben Casey" released on DVD before "Matt Lincoln."
Unfortunately, the youngsters who own the rights to this GREAT show probably never even heard of it.

Re: Vince Edwards' fans

Universal doesn't release shows like Marcus Welby, It Takes a Thief, Run For Your Life and tons of other shows that were highly rated, successful and had long syndication runs. You could get ten thousand people to call them and there still wouldn't be a chance in hell for Matt Lincoln. They put together 4 episodes into 2 movies for syndication and copies of those will be the closest you'll ever get to having the show. I want stuff to but sometimes you just have to be realistic.
