Can anyone tell me which episodes of "Soap" were edited on DVD, and why? Thanks.

Re: Question about editing on "Soap"
I don't own the DVDs, but I think episodes 17 and 18 in season 1 were syndicated versions, and the last 5 hour-long episodes are presented as half-hour ones, missing some footage. These are all uncut on the Columbia House VHS.

Re: Question about editing on "Soap"
It's 16 and 17 in season one- you can tell because they use a shortened version of the season 3 intro (different Jessica/Mary shot at the beginning, Corinne and Eunice have shorter hair, Billy's a LOT taller). Also, the video quality during these two looks terrible.Any idea what scenes are missing in these episodes or the cut-downs of the hour long versions from season 4?
