A while ago, The Weinstein Company announced a Region 1 DVD release of the British film 'The Deal' (showing an account of how Tony Blair gained the leadership of his party in preference to Gordon Brown in 1994). The DVD was scheduled to be released earlier this month, but has not appeared, and Amazon are no longer showing a release date.
Does anyone know whether this is just a delay, or have they quietly cancelled it for some reason? I remember seeing this on TV and have been looking forward to the DVD. I hope it's still going to appear later this year.
