A 1980's sitcom that seems to be held in pretty high esteem, even if it only lasted one season was E/R. I am surprised we have yet to hear word about it on DVD considering it had George Clooney, Jason Alexander, Mary McDonnell (who is now on Battlestar), Conchata Ferrell and Elliott Gould. I remember Lifetime used to show reruns of this way back when. You'd figure with the cast it boasts that being a one season wonder and all, that whoever owns the rights to the show would put it out.

I liked this show but I would never expect to see it on DVD despite what's-his-name being in it. It was never a big hit and isn't well-remembered (if at all) by the general public. Not to mention the difficulty of marketing a show with that name.Re: Will we ever see E/R from 1984?
