I have the box (minus the UPS), manual, remote, the typical included cables, plus I'll include a Monoprice HDMI cable. It has been upgraded to Firmware 2.8 and so far has been absolutely rock solid and hasn't refused to play any disc (DVD, DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD+DL, HD-DVD including the combo's).
