Broken Panny BD-30 - Where to get it fixed ? - Please help

Thread Starter
Hopefully someone can help me. I bought a BD-30 around the holidays. Last week, I went to play a BD disk and the machine made a weird noise and then said "Can't read." It plays standard DVD fine, but cannot read any BD discs. I am assuming there is a mechanical issue/hard drive problem based on the weird cluncking noises it is making.

I don't have the box or the receipt anymore. Where can I contact/send this thing to get it fixed. Any help will be truly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

First off, always always, always hang on to at least the receipt as long as something is still under warranty. The box too in case you have to ship it.

Now, when you got it, did you register it with Panasonic? If so, they should have all your info and you can just contact them.

If not, they still may service it if you can provide them the serial number.
