I just bought a 7.1 Onkyo HT-SR800S..i set up on my room ..its a small room..I put the microphone calibration to set and everything is ok ..
BUT I realized that to have a +- loud sound...i need to put the volume on 60...65... (maximum is 70)! and the front speakers which are the big ones they have the loudest sound...the rear speakers they have almost no sound!!
There is any config to get a better audio ?
I can hear all the channels using dts but the sound is not that great!
its this Onkyo HT-SR800S a cheap sound in terms of quality ?

thanks

No, Onkyo's a good brand, there's definitely something wrong.

Give us some more info. What's your source? What happens when you use the "test" mode (where it goes to each speaker one at a time)? Did you double check the spraker parity (+/-) to each speaker? What's coming out the subwoofer?
