Orson Welles' Othello bootleg from Westlake?

I received Othello from Netflix, thinking it would be the Image DVD (with the Restoring Othello documentary). Instead, it's from some company called Westlake. My DVD from Netflix of The Trial was also Westlake instead of Milestone (as shown on their page).

Is Othello actually in the public domain? The version on this disc has obvious re-dubbed music, but the image quality is excellent. I suspect it's a bootleg from the out of print Image DVD. Anyone know if this is the case?

Othello is not in the Public Domain. The rights are owned by Welles' daughter Beatrice. If Westlake has released a bootleg, then heaven help them, because Beatrice Welles files lawsuits over the rights of her father's films at the drop of a hat.
