I have confidence you will know which human is immune.

Yes, the virus had been transmitted to Spock at that point.

Hmmm.  As to your question, might your avatar be the answer?  I will say Gary Seven -- assuming he was a human.

You sir... are correct!

Great. :)

Okay, next question. Name two episodes of Trek that feature a character with the name of Lal.
Well I know one but will not say it until I figure out the other one.  I assume then that it is two separate characters and not one being referenced in another episode.
The Apple is one of them. Hope that isnt the one you knew Gary. I have to think about the other, but i was thinking, maybe, A Private Little War? Probably not right, on that one.
The other is Data's Daughter in 'The Offspring".

Gary,

Yes, The Offspring (TNG) is correct.  That's one-half of the answer.

Rick,

No, The Apple is not the other one.  That's Vaal, not Lal.  But you do have the correct series (TOS) for the other part of the question.

The TNG episode I knew but I suspect the TOS one may sound the same, but it is spelled differently.
I cheated and looked it up.  It is the same spelling and is from TOS.  If no one gets it later, I'll divulge.
Wasn't the other Lal in The Empath? One of the Vians.

Shoot, regarding the "I am Sorry" line, I forgot that Spock had to say it while not under any external influences.
Yep... you got it.

Nelson or Gary Seven,

Either of you may go next, since you both got it. :)

I defer to Nelson.

Scott- Didn't Raasean get one of the answers? It looks like he actually named one of the answers. Am I confused or is the new forum software displaying something different for me?

Not that I'm trying to take anything away from anyone.

Nelson,

Yes, you're right. It should be either you or Raasean. Since Gary Seven said he knew the answer as well, I wrote down his name and yours.

Raasean,

You're up, if you wish. In the mean time, I can at least post a question until you have a chance to do so. :)

Name two episodes of TOS in which Lt. O'Neill appears. One is rather easy, but the other one may not be as easy.
Scott-

The first is easy! The Return of the Archons. I want to say the other is This Side of Paradise, but I have a feeling that's wrong. So my other guess is The Galileo Seven.

Nelson,

Return of the Archons is correct.  But This Side of Paradise and The Galileo Seven are not correct.

Here is a slight hint: In 2268, O'Neil served as the transporter chief when a landing party was beaming somewhere. :)

Nelson,

No, but you have the correct season. :)

I realize that I had to make my hint somewhat obscure; otherwise, answering the question would be a tad too easy.

Thanks Scott. Well, I can just go and name off episodes that sound like they might fit the clue.

My next best guess is The Tholian Web.

Nelson,

And you would be correct!  I don't think two guesses is all that bad.  Nicely done. :)

You're up next.

Thanks Scott! I'll have to look for O'Neil the next time I see that episode.

Here's a question for you:

Name a Star Trek character who has worn all 3 colored uniforms during the original TOS run? And can you name the episode?

Wow -- all occurred in one episode?  Amazing.

The first person I thought of was Lt. Uhura.  Is that correct?

I remember that Leslie wore at least two (in fact, I asked that question).

Did all three colored uniforms on the same person occur in the same episode?  If not, did you mean 'episodes'?
Scott-

Opps, my mistake, no the character wore blue, gold and red in 3 different episodes. I had another clue in mind, but it might give it away!
I did gett one half right but I don't mind not making a question.
That would be Sulu. He wore blue in WNMHGB, yellow in most of the series, and red in Mirror Mirror.
Sam! Very good, you got it!

You're next to put up a question.

Sam,

Bravo. (I was looking for a clapping emoticon, but couldn't find one. :) )

Name two instances in which Kirk uses logic - and only logic - to defeat his adversaries.
