Anyone with a California King bed?

Hello -

I just purchased a california king mattress. I had to go on-line to find sheets, but there are plenty available. What I can't find is a good selection of california king comforters. I'm wondering if most people just use standard king comforters??? Anyone with a california king mattress please chime in!

My California King is actually a converted water bed (I replaced the water bag with a conventional mattress) that still has the side rails on it, so a standard King comforter works just fine.

I've heard from a few bedding stores now that most people just use king size comforters. I guess I'll get one and try it.

Cal. King sized sheets and comforters are easy to find - example - go to jcpenney.com and look at all of the bedding that includes a LOT of California King comforters.

Regular King probably about the same size and probably works just fine but why not get the same size bedding as the size of your bed?
