It's not out until early May, but you can preview it at Shout!'s site:
Shout! Factory Store
and Amazon has it up for pre-order:
Amazon.com: Hiya Kids: A 50's Saturday Morning Box (4pc): Movies & TV
I hate to burst anyone's bubble here (including my own), but the shows that I previewed (Sky King, Sheena, Paul Winchell, Pinky Lee, Howdy Doody, and Flash Gordon) ALL look to be public domain quality. The "Flash Gordon" episode, "Deadline at Noon," has been issued on various dollar DVDs and the visual quality doesn't look any better than those found on the cheap versions. There are still a number of rare shows on this set, but you will be sorely disappointed if you are expecting pristine picture quality. I believe the "Howdy Doody" ("Puppet Playhouse Presents") episode included may date back to 1948 . . . . . surely one of the oldest television shows to have surfaced on DVD!
