Hoding retractable screen in ceiling, measurements?

In planning for future upgrades in my HT project I am going to build a soffet to hide a horizontal drain pipe basement, and basically extend this soffet horizontally down the wall towards where my tv and audio will reside. I would like to leave a "hollow" section to fit a retractable projector screen up and into. I'll wire for power within as well, but without owning a screen yet, can anyone tell me a good size or set of dimensions to build this little cubby hole to hide the projector screen "roll" or housing? I know little about these screens other than what I've read online, and haven't had the opportunity to check one out "live" and in person to measure.

All you really need to do is determine what the absolute largest screen that you could have on your wall then check the dimensions of the screens on several manufacturers websites. I know for sure that Da-Lite has tutorials and a lot of information.
