Do any of you see a problem with this? I am buying the onkyo 805. My entertainment center is a z-line design tv stand. Tv sits on top and their are 2 glass shelves below. Now for the room question. My 805 will sit on the bottom shelf and then I will be placing 2 cooling fans on the top of it which are 1.5 inches high. Then from the top of the fans their is another 1 1/8 inches to the bottom of the next glass shelf. Is this enough of air space. Since it is a tv stand their is no back, sides, or front. It is all open. Any problem here?

Re: enough of room?
Hey Chris,It might be ok but I would watch that 805 like a hawk watching it's dinner. As you have most like heard or have been hearing the 805 runs really hot. So hopefully a 805 owner jumps in with better info. But if it is an open tv stand and you have two small fans feeding cool air, I would think it would be ok. But here is the possible problem, if the 805 kicks out to much heat then all you will end up doing is pushing the hot air back into the receiver. It could possible make the receiver run hotter than it would if you had better ventilation.
I am saving up for a new receiver and the only reason I am looking at the Onkyo 875 or 905 is the Reon chip. The heat issue is what may be the deal killer for myself.
