This is a Meridian 861 version 4 in silver color. This is not an upgrade version. It is 2 years old with perfect cosmetic shape. I bought it new for nearly $17,000 in 2005. It has all basic card with 1 balanced card OA13 and 1 unbalanced card OA03. I used the balanced card for the 3 front speakers and subwoofer and the unbalanced for the surrond speakers. I also just got the analogue IA45 card to get the uncompressed audio from my blu-ray player and HD-DVD player. If you are getting into Bluray or HDDVD and want to hear uncompressed sound in full glory, then this unit has everything you need. You can check my feedback on ebay under the username hddvds.
