Subwoofer Cable

Hi does anyone have a recommendation for a good subwoofer cable? I would like it to be under $40. I plan to use it with the AV123 MFW-15. Thanks.

Blue Jeans and Monoprice are the standard answers here. I like Dayton Audio from Parts Express. My 50ft sub cable is standard RG-6 coax cable with F to RCA adapters on each end. Cost about 15 cents/foot and $2 for each adapter.
