Re: If you could release 10 shows on DVD for 2008 what would they be?

Here are a few that come to mind...

The Invaders (1967-68)
Thriller (1960-62)
Police Story (1973-77)
Probe (1972)
Still Standing (2002-06)
Vega$ (1978-81)
Quark (1977)
Max Headroom (1987-88)

I'd also love to see releases of the ABC Movie of the Week from the 70s. It has been discussed many times in the past on the HTF and there are some wonderful stories that I would love to re-experience in this series, and some I would love to see for the first time.

Re: If you could release 10 shows on DVD for 2008 what would they be?

Most of these are so far off the radar as to be unrecognizable by the studios which own the rights, but anyway:

1. The Roaring 20's
2. Thriller (great visuals bring ghosts into your living room)
3. San Francisco Beat (The Lineup)
4. Hawaiian Eye
5. The Defenders
6. Surfside 6
7. Bourbon Street Beat
8. Dr. Kildare
9. Dennis the Menace
10. One Step Beyond (season sets complete and cleaned up)

Also hope to see pristine releases of Route 66 someday and Adventures in Paradise.

Re: If you could release 10 shows on DVD for 2008 what would they be?

Fortunately my top choice, The Equalizer, is coming in 2008. So here are my tens, in no particular order. I'm sure there's something that I'm forgetting.

Never Started:
Starman!!!
Enos (Dukes of Hazzard spin-off)
The Lucy Show
Life With Lucy (I hear it's bad but I'd like to see it just the same)
Mayberry RFD
Birds of Prey
Hi Honey, I'm Home
Eight Is Enough
M.A.S.K.
The Fugitive (2000 version with Tim Daly)

Unfinished Series:
More Mary Tyler Moore
More Happy Days
More Charles In Charge
More Gimme A Break!
More All in the Family or Archie Bunker's Place
G.I. Joe Season 2, Volume 2 or release the older ones with the CORRECT opening titles since they're out of print anyway
Punky Brewster Season 4 - I think there are plans
Hunter - particularly the "revival season" that was on NBC in 2004 or so
Superboy
Simon & Simon

I'd have thrown Parker Lewis into my ten but that would make eleven ;p
