Looking for Entry Level Projector

First, I am by no means an a/v-phile, so please bear with me.

I am looking for something along the lines of an Infocus X1, 4805, or IN72 to watch movies and, perhaps, use for a presentation or two. Obviously, I would like a machine that has been well cared for with good bulb life.
